In the case of extraordinary services (such as proof-reading, editing, expert opinions), the fees will be negotiated with the Client on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of nonlocal work, the Client will cover the cost of the interpreter's travel, accommodation, and meals. In the case of travel abroad, the Client will cover the interpreter's accident insurance and 25% of the per diems applicable under the Polish regulations concerning employees' business trips abroad. If the Client does not provide all meals, the interpreter is entitled to additional per diems in accordance with the said regulations.
